Kitchen Expansion

Starting Monday, July 14th, J&G’s will begin construction on our kitchen expansion. Unfortunately, this means that pizza, lasagna, and spinach pies will not be available for an estimated five weeks. Additionally, we will need to reduce seating to the taproom side only during this time.

This project is essential to meet the high demand and reduce the long wait times for pizza. We are upgrading to a much larger model of our current pizza oven, using the same brand and brick type. Tat means there will be no changes to our pizzas, except that they will be more readily available to our customers.

While some of your favorites may not be available during the construction, we will continue to offer our gyros and Greek salads, along with exciting new menu items to fill the gap. A temporary menu is in place during this time.

We understand that this may be disappointing for our regulars, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this project, especially during the ongoing downtown construction. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
